Third Warders Club Memorial Tournament 2023
On a hot and sultry day of fun and frivioloty, 164 Golfers participated in our annual Golf Tournament at Deerwood on July 5, 2023. Here's the pictures from the Social Event of the year below. Many thanks go out to the volunteers who put this day together. Co-Chairmen Joe Koszelak and Keith Miranto thank the following members for chipping in: Rich Madei, Mike Miramon, Paul Murphy, Dan Bunker, Tom Jaccarino, Tiger Evans and Bozo Matecki. Sponsoring and donating to the cause were: Batavia Downs (Scott and Henry), Ken Roth of Wright Beverages, Dennis Serafin and Diamond Hawk Golf Course, Kevin Kreiger, RP Stringfellow of Niagara County Golf Course, and Wayne Tylec and Jeff Suitor of the Third Warders Club, Gail Galassi from Galassis Subway, Miranto Machinery Corp., and Frankie Primos (Ben Rydzik), Thanks also to club member Dave Cohen of Mr. & Mrs. Catering who provided us a fantastic meal. Thanks also to Bob Kania and the staff at Deerwood golf course. Next year we may have to look to a different venue due to the shear size of our group because as we found out, this group needs a shotgun start to eliminate the long jam which occurs at the turn. Next year's committee will have lots of things to consider before then. Anybody want to take the reins?
Thanks again to all,
Keith Miranto
Thanks again to all,

Third Warders Memorial Golf Tournament 2022
It was the social event of the year !
39 Teams (153 golfers) competed for bragging rights on July 6, 2022
We had two 13 under teams who claimed the champions shirts, Team 26 headed by past greens keeper Nick Rosart and Team 38 captained by R.P. Stringfellow. We were all playing in rememberance of those who have gone before us to the big fairway in the sky and everyone seemed to get that. Our new pavilion was a hit and guys enjoyed the new air conditioning in the gym as well. The food was great and the 6 hour open bar didn't hurt either. We have a few thanks to go out. First to Mike McCabe and Dan Bunker who manned the grill at the club and kept things in order outside. Also thanks to other commitee members Joe Koszelak, Rich Madei, Paul Wanecski, Tom Jaccarino, Dennis Serafin, Dave Walos, Nick Offerman. Alan Frankosky and Paul Lipinoga. Thanks for those who donated to the Tournament with prizes. Thanks to Bob Kania and staff at the golf course; Dave Cohen from Mr. & Mrs. for a fabulous meal; Cathy Hebeler from Impressive Imprints who got our shirts ready for us on one weeks notice; and Wayne Tylec, Ray Rasch, Vinny Kalota and other staffers from the club for all your work. Also thanks to our club liquior vendors for providing us many of the prizes. It was a blast guys, thanks for the memories, Keith Miranto. Here's some images and team photos below:
